Working together to deliver best practice

The SEA is committed to delivering a programme of continuous learning and professional development for members and the wider schools’ enterprise community.

Networking and learning events

The SEA hosts a members’ Regional Advisory Meeting once a term.  These meetings provide an excellent opportunity for professional development, learning and networking in a collegial space at one of our member schools close to you.  We also invite interested schools to attend one Regional Advisory meeting before committing to membership.  Click here to book your attendance at the next Regional Advisory meeting convenient to you.

The SEA Annual Conference and Exhibition takes place for the first time on the 27th May 2020 at Tonbridge School. The theme of this inaugural conference is ‘Education meets enterprise – the opportunities’ and speakers are drawn from schools, supply partners and wider industry influencers.  Delegates can review the Provisional agenda and Book Conference 2020 places here.  A members’ dinner will be held at Tonbridge School on the 26th May – further information and registration can be found in the Members’ dinner registration.

Interested exhibitors and sponsors can find a Summary of the opportunities and Register exhibitor/sponsor interest here.

Mentoring

The Schools Enterprise Association is fortunate to have as its members schools who have invested over many years in the development of their enterprise business. These schools are delighted to share their expertise with other new member schools who may have recently started to focus on their enterprise development or partner with newcomers to the schools’ environment who are looking for support and inspiration.

If you would like to learn more about the mentoring programme or be assigned a mentor, please email [email protected] or complete the Schools membership enquiry and note in the comment section that you are looking for a mentoring partner.

Vacancies

The members of the Schools Enterprise Association (and non-members) are often on the look-out for top talent to join their teams.

Should you have a vacancy that you are looking to fill or if you would like any further information about how to help your school recruit the right people, please contact the SEA on [email protected].
