Terms of business

These Standard Terms are incorporated into the Agreement between SEA and the Supplier in respect to the Supplier’s entry in the SEA corporate membership scheme The term shall commence on the date of the SEA’s written acceptance of the Supplier’s application

The Supplier shall meet, and maintain during the Term, the following standards

· Maintain a reputation for providing a high level of service to clients in accordance with good industry practice

· The Supplier shall promptly inform SEA if a change in its circumstances has resulted or will result in it not being able to meet the Standards

· The Supplier warrants that any information it provides to SEA, including in respect to information it provides for its entry in the corporate membership package is accurate

· The SEA is not to be held accountable for any loss of business between supplier and SEA members

· SEA permits you, as a corporate member, to use the Logo in the promotion of your business and in accordance with these terms and conditions

· SEA reserves the right to: a. suspend or terminate your permission to use the Logo on notice; and b. alter the terms and conditions on which permission is granted without notice

· The supplier shall not use the Logo in a way that: a. implies that SEA is responsible for any products or services you offer; b. implies that SEA endorses, participates in or is responsible for any of your activities other than being a Preferred Supplier

· The Fee shall become due for payment of SEA’s s acceptance of the Supplier’s application

· The Supplier shall pay the Fee within 14 days of receipt of a valid invoice from SEA

· Without affecting any other right either party may terminate this Agreement with by giving written notice.
