The Schools’ Enterprise Association (SEA) offers a review of the enterprise operations of a school including the following:

Review of facilities and opportunity

Assessment of current enterprise activities and related resource

Analysis and benchmarking

Opportunity and gap analysis

The results of this review are captured in a short document, which includes recommendations for the development of the enterprise opportunities.

Power Hour

A simple hour’s discussion with an expert in the field of your choosing. The subject matter could range from technical expertise on a specific subject (eg. Developing an in-house holiday club) to moral support when the going gets tough and you need the coping strategies to stand your ground. You define what it is you wish to cover and we will find an expert amongst our team to support you.
