Recruiting safely for those working with children is the first thing you can do to ensure a safe culture in your organisation.

This course covers the safer recruitment continuum from the advertising stage, running through interviews, references and pre-employment checks required, to the induction, training and supervision and includes what to do when things go wrong and an allegation is made against a member of staff.

This course contains an ongoing assessment and provides an accreditation in Safer Recruitment.
