Here at Rugby School Sports Centre, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Duty Officer who will be responsible for the smooth running of the centre.

The successful candidate will have a can do, proactive approach and have previous experience. The role will include a passion for excellent customer service, building rapport with them to ensure they are happy with their experience within the centre. You will support and lead staff to maintain high standards in all areas, whilst ensuring any health & safety issues are resolved as soon as possible. You will support the operational team in ensuring all activities and areas are running successfully. You will also lead our customer service delivery whilst answering any customer queries, assist with tours and new member sign ups. You’ll be responsible for opening and closing the building, cash handling and maintenance and cleanliness within the Sports Centre.

Qualifications:
NPLQ
EFAW or FAW certificate

There is a fantastic opportunity to gain relevant qualifications to successful candidates who do not currently hold relevant qualifications.
