Robert Gordon’s College has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, commercially minded, and driven individual to join us in the newly developed role of Enterprise Manager.

The Enterprise Manager will operate across both the Schoolhill and Countesswells campuses to drive income generation and profitability of the College estate through facility hire, holiday camps, festivals, events, and other activities, whilst balancing public use with the needs of the school.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Enterprise Manager will work closely with the senior team to ensure the enterprise function supports the College’s strategic goals around growth of non-fee income through the development of a robust business plan, policies, and processes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills and be experienced in establishing and growing strong relationships with partners, external organisations, and colleagues.

Experience of sales, marketing, business development, or events management is essential, along with a high level of financial acumen.
