We have an exciting opportunity for a Lettings Manager to join us at our 57-acre site in Ashtead. Reporting to the Director of Estates and Operations the Lettings Manager will be responsible for shaping the direction of this newly created expansion role. The successful candidate will develop the School’s existing external lettings business, increasing the income generated to enhance and support the work of the School.

You will join a diverse and multifaceted Operations team, consisting of Maintenance and Grounds and Gardens departments, with contracted services provided for Catering and Soft Services.

The Freemen’s estate at Ashtead Park, has a diverse range of facilities available and locations for hire include the Boarding House, Grade II* listed Manor House, classrooms, Recital Hall and recording studio as well as beautiful grounds and sporting facilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience of delivering outstanding customer service, proven event management skills and strong administrative abilities with a high level of attention to detail. They will be proactive and self-motivated and have excellent communication and diplomacy skills.

This is a full-time role with working hours of 35 per week during term-time, plus two weeks during the holidays.
