Here at Rugby School Sports Centre, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Operations Manager who will be responsible for the smooth running of the centre.

You will be responsible to manage the day to day running of the centre including leading, inspiring, and supporting your team, overseeing and being responsible for procedures, health & safety, standards and service.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the management team. You’ll ensure that all safety and standards are compliant and in accordance with Rugby Schools policies and procedures. You will have a strong work ethic, be proactive and a great team leader. You’ll have knowledge of both wet and dry side operations including the ability to drive revenue and sales in centre. You’ll also support other departments with your operational knowledge and customer service experience and be on hand to help with member queries or complaints.

Qualifications:
NPLQ, FAW certificate
RLSS Trainer Assessor desirable
