Venue Organisers comfortable welcoming interfaith and groups with a wide age range. Capacity for on-site residential places Maximum 150 residential beds with full board. A range of rooms: ensuite doubles, singles, dorms. No bunk beds. Additional off site accommodation Anybody willing to pay for themselves. Not viable for delegates charging Subud Britain. Camping Capacity Maximum 30 campers (most choose the “with meals” offer). Good quality healthy food with flexibility for special diets Provision of camping and facilities Meals for campers Meals for day visitors Dining rooms Dining rooms that can seat everyone (in 2 sittings if necessary). Large spaces for Latihan 2, each approx. 300 m2. Theatre and performances 2, one to seat everyone for plenaries, other can be 100. Office for our Organisers With a printer/copier. Other creative / social spaces indoor For example • Crèche in a good indoor space with access to adequate outside space weather permitting. • Art room for children. • Drama Centre. • A Common room for youths and music. • Common Room (also used for exhibitions). • Main Corridor also for exhibition / notice boards. • Dance Studio and Juice bar in a sports centre (Optional).
